It’s All Free at “Philadelphia Freedom”
While it is true that Philadelphia is home to several distinguished cultural institutions of the ticketed variety, it is also accurate to say that some of the best art in Philadelphia is free.

Each entry includes a short description of the piece, along with a photograph, location, and sometimes other interesting information.
